About this site

This website is operated by Callisham Farm, a small family-run bed and breakfast at Callisham Farm, Meavy, Yelverton, Devon PL20 6PS. You can reach us on 01822 853901 or esme@callisham.co.uk.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

These are not booking terms

This page covers use of the website. The terms that apply to an actual stay — deposits, cancellation, house rules and so on — are set out when you make a booking. Nothing on this site is itself a binding offer of accommodation; a booking is confirmed by us in writing once a deposit has been received.

Accuracy

We take care to keep prices, rooms, photos and descriptions up to date, but small things change. If anything on the site materially affects your decision to stay with us, please confirm it by phone or email before booking.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that interferes with how it works;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or to the server it runs on;
  • submit false or misleading information through the enquiry form, or use the form to send unsolicited messages.

We link to a few other sites (local pubs, National Trust properties, walking resources) for your convenience. We're not responsible for their content or availability.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs and design of this site are ours (or our photographer's) unless otherwise stated. You're welcome to link to pages and to share them on social media with credit. Please ask before using our photographs elsewhere.

Liability

We take reasonable care to make sure the site is accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be free of errors or available at all times. To the extent the law allows, we won't be liable for losses that arise from using (or not being able to use) the site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.
